

Onsite Disposal (Septic Systems)
SDHD provides oversight for septic systems using the Rules for Individual and Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems. SDHD is responsible for issuing septic permits and conducting inceptions. SDHD responds to and investigates sewer complaints and proceeds with enforcement actions when necessary.
