

Food Safety - Employee Health
The health and hygiene of food employees are very important factors in contributing to food-borne illness. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) currently ranks poor personal hygiene as the second most common risk factor.
Below are 15 Food Safety Questions to help food employees have a basic understanding of safe food handling procedures. Also is the employee reporting agreement which is a useful agreement between the restaurant owner/manager and employees. Under this agreement employees are obligated to report certain symptoms or diagnosed illness to the management.
